Yes. Sign in to your NtaCCUL portal, go to Settings → Mobile Banking, and follow the three-step activation. Existing members without a portal login should visit the Register page first.
From an MTN or Orange line, dial #237*907# and follow the menu. You can check balances, transfer between accounts, and buy airtime without internet access.
Start the online membership application, upload a valid ID, and visit your preferred branch to finalise. Most members complete the process in under one working day.
Savings accounts open with a minimum of 10,000 FCFA. Current accounts require 25,000 FCFA. Fixed deposits start from 100,000 FCFA.
Personal loans start at 50,000 FCFA, business loans at 500,000 FCFA, and emergency loans at 25,000 FCFA. Use our loan calculator to model your repayment.
Tenures range from 3 to 60 months depending on the loan type and member history. Longer tenures are available for mortgage-style business loans on case-by-case review.
Applications submitted through your member portal are processed within 7 working days. Collect your card from the branch you selected during the application.
The daily limit is 150,000 FCFA for point-of-sale transactions and 100,000 FCFA for ATM withdrawals. Premium members can request temporary uplifts via support.
Withdrawals at NtaCCUL-partner ATMs (MTN & Orange) are free for Premium cardholders. Other networks charge 500 FCFA per transaction.
Annual dividends vary with cooperative performance. For 2023, members received a 6% dividend on qualifying savings balances.
Standard savings accounts have no monthly maintenance fee. Current accounts carry a 1,500 FCFA monthly fee, waived when the balance exceeds 100,000 FCFA.
Yes. NtaCCUL is licensed and supervised by the Ministry of Finance (Cameroon) and operates under COBAC cooperative guidelines.
Our members do. NtaCCUL is a member-owned cooperative — every adult member holds an equal vote in our annual general meetings.
Yes. Cameroonians abroad can open and operate NtaCCUL accounts. We partner with Western Union, MoneyGram, and Ria for inbound transfers.

Yes. Members frequently hold a savings account, a current account, and a fixed deposit in parallel. You can open additional accounts from the member portal.
It depends on the loan size. Personal loans under 500,000 FCFA require a guarantor. Larger loans may require tangible collateral on case-by-case review.
Yes. Your card works anywhere VISA is accepted worldwide. Notify us before travelling for automatic fraud-alert calibration.
