Senior Loan Officer

Evaluate, structure, and approve member loans across personal, business, and emergency portfolios.
What you'll do
- Assess loan applications and make credit recommendations
- Own end-to-end underwriting for loans up to 10M FCFA
- Partner with branch teams on pipeline quality and risk
- Contribute to quarterly portfolio reviews
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of lending experience — credit union or microfinance preferred
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Ethical judgement and a member-first mindset
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related
