Branch Manager — Buea

Lead our fast-growing Buea branch to the next level of member service, community reach, and operational excellence.
What you'll do
- Own branch P&L, deposit and loan targets, and member satisfaction
- Lead a team of 13 across savings, loans, and VISA-card services
- Represent NtaCCUL in Buea community partnerships and events
- Coach direct reports with monthly 1:1s and annual development plans
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of retail banking or credit union experience
- Demonstrated team leadership and P&L ownership
- Strong ties to the Buea / Southwest community
- Bilingual (English + French)
